Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Flat Rate Shipping (3-7 business days) $9.99
Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, and external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship within the United States.
- Due to state laws, we do not ship CBD products to the following states: Idaho, South Dakota, Nebraska.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses at this time.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- RefinedFX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please check with your local post office or delivery service for assistance.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@refinedfx.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you need to return an item, please review our Return Policy for eligibility.
